The South Portland Maine Military Museum hosted a contingent of some 35 Windham Vets and their wives and friends at the Military Museum form 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19.

F-14 and F-18
Thank you to everyone who wrote and told us that our F-14 and F-18 captions were reversed. They have now been corrected.
New Mailing Address
The museum has a new mailing address. While the museum hasn’t moved from Peary Terrace in South Portland, Maine, the address to use for correspondence has changed. You may find the new mailing address on our Location page.
70th Anniversary of D-Day
In remembrance of the invasion of Normandy which began on Tuesday, June 6, 1944, a/k/a D-Day, we have collected together some of our Normandy related exhibit items.

Order Memorial Plates Online
It is now possible to order a memorial plate online using our online order form. You may pay using PayPal or pay directly with a credit card by choosing the option on the PayPal screen “Don’t have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available).”
Museum Exhibit Photos
We have added photographs of some of our museum exhibits to the web site. More photographs will be posted in the future, but the photographs cannot compare to the experience of visiting the museum in person.
